Returns Policy

30-day return window from delivery date. Product must be in original, undamaged packaging with all included components and documentation.

No restocking fee for returns meeting condition requirements. Return shipping is at customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate return: Email support@glockfrtshop.com with order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving returned item. Refund issued to original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Installed components, products with removed packaging, or items showing signs of use beyond functional testing. Cosmetic packaging damage does not qualify for return unless it affects product function.
